Stellar Pro Tips

Short and Sweet

There is a fine line between blogging to be beneficial, and blogging for the sake of blogging. So we’re going to explain how to make blogs that are beneficial to your readers. Blogs are casual, so essentially you can write about anything you want, but you want to make sure your readers take away something that benefits them. Since browsers do more scanning that scrutinizing, it doesn’t pay to pack a lot of complicated information into one post. Keep it short and simple. Remember, if you’ve got plenty of information and lots of subjects to cover you can always write more than one post. If you want people to read and respond to your blog, it helps to stay on one subject and don’t make it complicated. For instance, don’t use the words that “the experts” use when blogging. Sure, you are the expert, but your readers are not, so highly technical words will fly overhead. Your readers have multiple perspectives. But if you have a well-written blog, they can all get something out of it.
